CYGURU.GOLD is an independent market-information and education publication led by Gabriel Nicolaev — CyGuru. Signed analysis represents the author’s interpretation; a byline is not a claim of institutional accreditation or independent peer review.
Facts, interpretation and hypotheses
Release figures and market observations require a named source, instrument, unit and observation period. Interpretations explain a possible relationship. Research hypotheses require defined tests and can fail. We do not describe correlation or a favorable screenshot as proof of causality.
Source hierarchy and clocks
Economic releases should link to the issuing institution. Market observations identify the provider and contract or symbol. Every dated brief retains its cutoff. Publication time, event time, observation time and data retrieval time are different fields; an open page or refreshed widget is not evidence that the underlying quote is new.
Prices and external widgets
Spot dealer quotes, futures settlements, retail prices and benchmark fixings should be named separately. External TradingView views display provider data and may be delayed. Their timestamps and market status belong to the provider. This publication does not claim to verify iframe quotes on its server or to redistribute licensed benchmark datasets.
Images and charts
Editorial illustrations are identified as such. A historical chart requires real observations, the feed, interval, timezone and cutoff. Generated illustrations must not be presented as historical candles or documentary evidence of a trade.
Research and signal records
A selected case study is not a complete performance record. Evaluation requires all eligible signals under fixed rules, including losses, expirations and ambiguous cases, with execution costs and a separate evaluation period where applicable. A reference entry is not a broker fill.
Corrections and retrospective review
Material factual corrections must be recorded on the affected article with the corrected claim, evidence and update time. Preserve the original edition date. A later interpretation belongs in a dated update or review, not in an invisible rewrite of the earlier information set.
